This section includes details on programs are for new auditors interested in completing the IAQG 9100/9110/9120 AATT Program for the first time, auditors who need to complete an AATT retake examination, and auditors who wish to add the 9110 or 9120 standard to their existing 9100 AATT certification.

Q. What language(s) are available for the 9100:2016 Online Component?

A. The 9100:2016 Online Component is available in: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish. The 9110:2016 and 9120:2016 Online Components are available in: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The 9120:2016 Online Component is also available in Japanese. When purchasing the Online Component, the languages will be pre-selected based on the language on your existing AATT account. If you need to change languages, please contact Customer Support.

Q. Is there an expiration date or time limit to exams/retakes (9100/9110/9120) ?

A. There is no expiration date on exams or retakes unless the program itself has been retired. If the program has been retired, it is generally due to being replaced by a newer program. There will be an email sent out along with generally a year to complete any remaining items if the program has been retired.

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of retakes if I do not pass (9100/9110/9120) ?

A. The 9100 Application re-take has a limit of 2 attempts, if after two unsuccessful Application retakes, it is required to retake the entire 9100:2016 AATT program. In regards to all other re-takes, there are no limits to number of attempts.
