How do I renew/reauthenticate with IAQG Authentication?

Modified on Wed, 7 Oct at 3:44 AM

Applies to:
All Level 1 or Level 2 authentication auditors with IAQG Authentication.

All you need to do is pay your Annual Maintenance Fee, which will become available 60 days before the authentication anniversary/expiry date.

IAQG Authentication uses an ongoing authentication model, and does not require you to submit an application or any paperwork for annual renewal.  60 days ahead of the anniversary/expiry date on your authentication(s), you will be notified that your invoice is available for payment.  If you configured auto-payment on your account, your credit card will automatically be charged 30 days before the anniversary/expiry date.  Once payment is received and processed (instantly if paying by credit card), your expiry date in OASIS will be extended for another year automatically.

Starting in July 2027, IAQG Authentication will introduce ongoing authentication requirements for annual CPD and audit reporting.  These requirements will be on their own separate July-to-June cycle every year, unrelated to your authentication anniversary/expiry date.  Provided you meet all ongoing authentication requirements and pay your annual maintenance fee on-time each year, you will remain authenticated.
